Small batch, free bread
I make small batch, rustic sourdough breads made using fresh milled (in house), organic grains and wild yeast culture. To keep the loaves from being too dense, I do sift the hard red and hard white flours.
Breads that will be available are posted on Friday for pick up at DWTDS on the following Tues or Weds. after 3pm. Note that baking day is Tuesday morning.
To secure the bread you want, click on the order form link and specify what type of bread you want based on what is listed as available on the "weekly bread" link. There is a very limited amount of bread available- once it is spoken for, it will be noted as no longer available on the bread page. Cost for breads is free. Respectful feedback is appreciated as I am always tweaking and working on perfecting the loaves.
